Media Posts

I've seen comments from the mods regarding the posting of media articles - ie not giving full credit to the site/media outlet, or posting links where a subscription is needed to view it (free subscriptions like the Strib not paid ones).
So was wondering if it would be easier if there was a forum for those articles to be posted by a ' media mod '. That way they could ensure that the posts were made correctly and not get the site into any bother.
Workable idea or would it too messy and clash with threads in other forums ?
