Thread: Lost all sound on my computer....HELP

I can still get videos and things like Bang to play, but no sound..

Even KFAN loads, but no sound...

Whats wrong?.....I'm not much of a comupter guy so bare with me please..

Someone may have to walk me thru this one..

Try this link.

for a quick check look on the lower right of your windows main screen.. you should see a small speaker icon.. double click it and make sure you have not lowerd the volume (some programs interact with this as their main volume instead of making their own component connection to misc volume control.)

that's just a quick check.. otherwise there's a few things u can try..
