    Lock/Unlock Topic buttons

I noticed that on threads which I start, there is a Lock Topic button at the bottom of each page of posts.
I used it today for the first time to lock a thread where I re-posted an SI article link.
    No biggie.
The button now shows up as Unlock Topic, which is all good.

But - Cogitans does NOT see the Lock/Unlock Topic buttons on threads which he starts.

What's the deal with these buttons?

    Thanks,
    =Z=

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

On a related note, can this be the same reason that I don't have access to the stats pages?

I noticed some members mentioning, and even linking to, pages with stats of the site: male/female-ratio, post count leaders etc.

When I hit these links it appears as off-limits to me.

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

At the bottom of the list of forums, there is a panel which shows the members who are online, with mods highlighted and stuff like that.
On the left-hand side of that window, there's a small icond that kinda looks like a pie-chart.
Click on that to open the Stats page.

I believe those are for native Minnesotans only! LOL

You have higher powers at your supporter level...not that you would lock your own threads very often, but its an option.

    Really?
Am I missing out on anything for not having the Supporter label.
I've made a couple of small contributions but never got the label.
Didn't really mind though since I didn't do it for the label.
But if there are higher powers at stake... ;D
