Live Chat Help

How do I log in to the Live Chat? I put my username, but when i put my password it says to re enter it. I am using the same user name and password for this site.

help please?

You can just log in.
After you enter you name just skip the password.

Non members can even go in there.

it keeps asking me for a PW, when i repeatedly hit the log in button without a pw, after like 3 attempts it goes away and say AU782 in the chat in red

As far as I know, you do not need a password.

So I have no idea what the problem is.
