    Leg exercises

    HEY

This is something that is out of the blue

Does anyone know any sites or exercises about having leg muscles.

Something that has nothing to do with football.

    lol

    Re: Leg exercises

The best way to build leg muscles - Squats!!!

    Parallel Squats

    Box Squats

Deep knee bends if you haven't had any training in lifting heavy weights

These are great if you don't have a lot of time becasue squats use every muscle in the leg!!

    A good workout would be:

    3 sets of 10

    Parallell squats

    Leg extensions

    Leg Curls

    Calf raises

Start with a weight that is very easy to use!! Gradually increase your weight. Look into various web sites, there are many different workouts for legs!!

This is a very basic workout but if you are just beginning it is a good one.

Also if you are beginning remember to use an easy weight. The first mistake a beginner makes is they lift weights that are near their max. And while they can do it the first day the pain and soreness prevents many from coming back again.

So the best advice I can give you is to ease into working out if you want to do it for a long period of time!

There s only two things stopping you - fear and common sense!! The Truth you CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!

Post it in the proper forum.

I do not need the extra finger exercise by moving it.

    Google.com

    I go to www.truemuscle.com
