Internet help

Im puzzled by this and don't know much about Modems and things to do with internet

I have been trying to get on xbox live and the last time ive played was 2 days ago and never had problems.. But today it says I cant connect because I dont have enough MTU

Anyone know what MTU is? It says I need to adjust it but I have no idea how to

I tried customer service help but I got 2 people I couldnt understand twice and got angry

Google searches didn't helpme

If anyone knows how to adjust MTU or had the same problem and knows how to fix it please help!!

One thing I do a lot (with camera, PC, or video) is join a forum (like PP.O) for XBox.
Then ask there.

It works really well.
Just tell them you are a dumb noob from Wisconsin!
