I guess I'll start here, how does one set up a forum si
Maybe Webby or Ultra or someone else can help...
I know for a fact, there is alot of Vikings Fans, yes even here on the East Coast...
I would never try to steal or downgrade the PPO, just want to meet and run a site for others in my are, who bleed purple....
As a matter of fact, I would suggest that all members to be, check out the PPO for all the latest outbreaks and great post found here..
Any tips or answers greatly appreciated...

Which begs the question: How do you create a group? Probably very simple, but indulge the man!

Well, I wasn't going to unleash that master plan quite yet...but we can create groups here that will allow some folks without much web experience create mini fan clubs for geographic regions and run those areas, while still tapping into all our resources. PP.O for the fans, right? Well, there ya be!
I am full of surprises.

Webby,
By no meens was I trying to , or thing of, stepping on your toes..
I really enjoy this forum and I'm a proud member of it..
I just want to learn how to bring the purple pride to those many others who live here to enjoy the same enjoyments we have here..
Is there a way to bring them here?........I'm not sure where I'm going wiht this now....But I would never de-face the PPO....

Well, you would need to program, get hosting, etc to get going...the idea here is that a lot of folks don't want to do that, and would prefer to create a fan club like you speak. They just want to spread the word and manage that group. So we have been working in the background to create an area that one can do that...without needing to learn programming, paying for hosting, etc. Symbiotic relationship, as it were. You bring or extend Vikings pride without worrying about the PIA of code; after all the goal is spreading Vikings pride everywhere!
Make sense? Letting folks like you focus on doing that kind of stuff, and you get your own fancy area with your own group and unique look etc.
Otherwise, some folks set out to create their own from scratch; I am simply mentioning the opportunity in case it fits you before I publicly announced it.
