Help finding Vikings blue jersey?
I'm a lifelong vikings fan living in Connecticut. Yesterday during the game I saw a fan wearing a AP jersey that was blue and orange. I would really like to find out where I can purchase this jersey?
Here is a video where I found a fan wearing the Jersey. He is in the video at 0:23 on the left.

Thank you very much for your help in advance.
GO VIKINGS!

Re: Help finding Vikings blue jersey?
I am guessing you are just making fun of the guy ... but this is just a bad jersey that he probably got off of eBay.

If so thats just an off-colour chinese fake.
Try ebay.

Re: Help finding Vikings blue jersey?
Wow. I thought the jersey could have been a special edition or something like that.
I never guessed that someone would just buy a cheap jersey and then still wear it knowing the colors are off so badly.
Thanks for such a quick response.

To be fair to that fan (and others who happen to be in the same spot), even though some of the fakes do look considerably bluer than the real jerseys, I think it was exaggerated a bit by the video feed.Wow. I thought the jersey could have been a special edition or something like that.

Purple, especially the shade that the Vikings wear, is very hard to reproduce digitally.
This is one of the reasons that the Vikings looked blue on TV for many, many years.
It is only recently that they have begun adding color filters to the Vikings broadcasts to enhance/adjust the television image so that the purple you see on TV looks closer to what it does in person.
Similar technology BTW is used to paint the first down line on the field.
That filter, however, is fairly limited to the specific shade of purple the Vikings wear, and some (not all) of the fakes are off enough that the filter doesn't adjust them.
So I doubt that in person that guy's jersey looks as badly off as it does in that shot.
You can still definately tell that soe of them are bluer than they should be, but I have not seen one before that is just straight up wrong like that one is...
FYI, I buy a fake each year... but the secret is to find a seller you can trust.

When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

Re: Help finding Vikings blue jersey?
The jersey that I bought matches my viking t-shirt perfectly so it prolly is just the camera's effect on the jersey along with lighting.
