Dude, contact a college and ask.
If you are having this hard of time finding out how to get into a college football program...you probably will not meet the academic requirements. Heck, if you were good enough to be scouted they probably would have contacted you by now,
If you want to be scouted and recruited into college talk to your highschool coach. They are usually the ones that can set it up for you.
I admittedly know nothing about this but it seems like if they want you, you'll know.
But the stupid part is that my HS doesnt have a football team and PLUS I LIVE IN CANADA
