Well since you posted it rather than PM it i'm guessing you want some critiquing. First of all it most def needs a border. 2nd of all it's pink. Lastly the text is very bad IMO. That fire theft one is nice.Try to do stuff with coloring like that.

Never stroke the text, use a text similar to my Bonzi Wells. Also use a pic effect and make the bg more abstract. PPE basically covered the rest of it.

Too bad Greenway isnt photogenic and cant keep his eyes open for the camera.
The 2nd one is the best IMO!!!
2nd one is best.. To bad you couldn't find a pic of Greenway with the Vikes helmet on.. I like the 2nd one better also because it doesn't have #18 in it. He is #52 now, so that would be better.. Overall..
