I'm not sure of "the best way", but I just use special wetwipes made for LCD screens.
I use them at work and home.
Seems to work good.

i would try looking at home depot or some other office store like that, maybe even best buy. i think there is some spray that you can use or something. we tried those wipes made specially for cleaning computer screen and they work ok but leave small streaks and little pieces of dust or w/e.
also, i heard using the cleaner you use for your glasses (eye glasses) works too. another thing i heard was using flannel to wipe it off, ive never tried that so idk if it works.
