I'm currently at the Portland, OR airport sending this on my iPhone.
When I tryto log on PP.I with my Dell, running XP the site gives me a "An error has occurred... Check your cookie settings."
would someone tell me what to check/set?

Not sure. How do you like the iphone?

You might want to try logging on to PP.O instead.

I have this same problem, go to the login screen, clear all your private data, try to log in, it might tell you you entered the wrong password, just enter you info in again and you should be logged in.

Seriously though, if you are using a "bookmark" or "favorite" to access PP.O, delete it as well as all your cookie history. Then copy & paste this link into your browser & once at PP.O, save it as your new bookmark or favorite.

To delete your cookies, go to: Start>Control Panel>Internet options>Browsing History & delte the history of web sites you visited as well as the cookies.

Then select the Privacy tab & make sure it is set to "accept all cookies" & then select apply.

It worked!
But it's strange I can log on going to the PP.O home page on my iPhone but not on the laptop...

When we changed over to the new servers the old links were miss directed or lost. That is why it's necessary to delete the old links & it's cookies & replace them with new ones.

That's my theory & I'm sticking to it.
