    Ultra,

Not running an AV is dangerous. Spybot is a little overrated it cannot catch the things that can be very harmful.

    Go here http://www.ewido.net/en/
And run the free scan real quick.

(I am a Computer Tech and software consultant) Just incase you're wondering =P
Interesting. Hadn't heard of it. Also I agree that you need AV even with firewall. I get viruses even through my firewall at work and at home. I have AOL which gives me all of it for free. Well not technically.

Ewido Anti-Malware is new, It's won alot of awards for being one of the best up and coming Anti-Spyware programs on the market, It's as good if not better than spysweeper.

It's considered as the best Anti-Trojan and Trojan Remover to date. keep in mind it isn't an Anti-Virus.

Ewido offeres a free version but it doesn't have real time protection.

I suggest. Like I said. Avast! AV VERY good updates automatically everyday. Very free.

Go here for all you're freeware security software and more.

    Rofl, Aye those are bad.

Yeah run a scan anytime you like. But it's also best you don't have any other background programs and browsers open.

Just a quick question. I always turn my cookie security to prompt. I don't like all these web sites saving shit on my computer. What do you do? I save cookies for websites that need to. Blockk all others.

Hmm, Hard to do so since there are a few different types of cookies.

Foreign, Persistant and session. Bascially what I do is I let them be. After I close my browser I clean the cache and cookes with CCleaner.

They're really no threat unless you have a Trojan or Keylogger Active on you're PC.

Well see I'm not sure about AOL. Their whole browser is different, I use Cable with Mozilla Firefox.
