Avatar Help
I recently created a GIF image of a Terry Tate video(he's back below my name, I've missed him dearly
;D
)
I downloaded the video from youtube, converted it to mpeg, cut it up with windows movie maker, created a sequence using TMPGEnc, and finally made it into a .gif in ImageReady. It's set to "no delay" between frames in ImageReady.
There was minimal quality loss after the video conversion, and it played at full speed, so it's not the video.
I think it may have something to do with the number of frames in the sequence, but I am not sure.
I am extremely happy with how the avatar came out, and it would be perfect at full speed, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can anyone help me out?

Re: Avatar Help
Fixed it myself, it was tedious. But I think it's all good now, maybe still not optimal. It just might be too long, maybe I'll cut a few of the hits out.
