    Anyone that can resize a picture, please help.

    Hey guy, I'm wanted to use this picture as an avatar on another site but I don't know how to resize pictures. Here's the link:

    The requirements are 150X150 or 135 kb. Thanks for the help.

    Oh yea, please resize this one too:
