Maybe know of someone who does? Like a family member or friend.

Looking for leads to help me find some airfare deals,
USA to Cebu,PI's

Round trip for two adults...

Know a good travel agent too if you want to give them a whirl send me a PM.
They have consistently found good deals.
As CG said, TNT is a good option on PP.O...there may be others. The last time I was checking on flights to the PI Korean airlines had some of the best deals.
