Know a good travel agent too if you want to give them a whirl send me a PM.
They have consistently found good deals.
As CG said, TNT is a good option on PP.O...there may be others. The last time I was checking on flights to the PI Korean airlines had some of the best deals.

If all goes well, we will be going to Cebu at the same time. The country may never be the same.
