UK Viking Fan
Well at last I'm a registered member of what appears to be an excellent site. (I say this becasue it seems to be a place where I can take my frustrations out on the Packers to my hearts content).
I've been a Vike since about 96. Favourite players have been Robert Smith, Chris Carter and even the Moon man to name a few.
I live in Portsmouth in the UK and don't mind having to sit up and saty awake all night to watch the Vikings pound the Jets tonight.
Go Vikes

I intend to post often. This is a great way of getting more involved with your team if you know what I mean.
I have to honest with people though  to my shame I have a 10 year old son who has picked the Giants as his team and worse still a daughter who supports the Panthers.
Whats a guy to do? (Clean and legal only please  )

Re: UK Viking Fan
Make their allowance contingent on whether the Vikings win or not. They'll be cheering for the Vikings in no time at all.
(My two year old already can say "Go Vikings", but I had to start working on him early - my Wife's a Bears fan.)

Re: UK Viking Fan
My wife hates football. I think when she does watch TV (which is not often) she is watching something to do with home design.
So if my kids like a team even if it is a crappy one I will be happy. If my son comes up to me after I get home and asks if I want to help him sew up some curtains I will be very very dissapointed LMAO!

Re: UK Viking Fan
Welcome MarkUK. Buy some really cool Vikes memourabilia (UK spelling :-) for them. That should do the trick.
