Saw the last minute and a half of last weeks game where the refs called a personal foul penalty against the Vikings allowing San Diego to keep their drive alive and win the game with a field goal. From what I saw on the replay it looked like the db got there the same time the ball did and he hit him the receiver below the head with his shoulder not his head. Didn't look like a foul to me but then again it's only preseason and they are replacement refs. Going to be a long season.
