Hi all,
I have been visiting this forum for over two months now and finally decided to register. I did not grow up in the US but after visiting this forum, I have learnt a lot about Football. I want to thank all of those who have and continue to provide information and contribute in the discussions here.
I am very knowledgeable about soccer ( I am from Cameroon and my favorite player is Samuel EtoÃ¢â‚¬â„¢o Fils of Barcelona) and I must say I am catching up with Football pretty good with great help from this forum.
Being a resident in MN, there are no two ways about it; you gotta love the Vikes. Having been here for over 4 years I have never been this pumped up. I am very excited about the changes and signings and looking forward to the new season. I was sad DC was let go and still have not got over the Randy trade till date, but again this is a team sport so itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s about the team.
I am happy to be part of the family and once again thanks for all the info guys!

How is Cameroon in the World Cup action? I don't really follow soccer, but I remember Cameroons run a few years back. Welcome.

Cameroon didnt qualify for the 2006 World cup. Drew against Egypt in the last game; a game they had to win to qualify. So Cote D'Ivoire made it instead.
Frustrating but thats soccer or should I say sports. Thank you!
