Long time fan from Oklahoma
Greetings to all you great Viking fans!
I've always liked the Vikings with my earliest memories being of the PurplePeople Eaters, Fran Tarkenton et al....The problem is, being stuck in Okie Land I hardly ever get to see them.
Since AD is now starring in the Metrodome, the local affiliates have already shown two games here.
Anyway....its great to be here!

There are actually more Vikings fans here than you might think, and I'm talking even before AD was drafted up there.
Most Okies root for the Cowboys, Chiefs, or Broncos just because they are the closest franchises to the state and are always playing on tv.
For a professional team that is so far away, you still see alot of purple around here!
