Good to be here! It's great to have some REAL Vikings fans to talk to. In my high school there are only four Viking fans. I'm surrounded by cheeseheads! UGH!
First, I want to talk about the Free Agancy. WOW! What a comeback for the Vikings. They have upgraded their defense sooo much that I think they will be REAL contenders this year. I've done the numbers in my head and I figure that we had the 2nd best offense in the league an the 28th best defense and made it to the playoffs. With Daunte Culpepper at the helm we will still have a top ten defense and with the improvements on the other side of the ball, we should have a top ten defense too!
Second, I want to talk about the Randy Moss trade. I really think we got the better end of this deal. While Randy is an amazing playmaker, he is a distraction. I truly believe that with the problems the Raiders had with Sapp last year (not getting along with his defense) + the factor of a headstrong Randy Moss is going to = disaster for the Raiders. What does somebody else think?

Welcome. I agree that the Vikes are looking better now after the Moss deal. Would've been nice to see them make these type of moves while he was here though too. Hey i love randy but if we did these moves when randy was here he would of been pissed bcuz he would be the main guy, jow these player are here pat williams, daren sharper, Fred smoot and travis taylor(who is going to have a breakout year) we are much better of. NOTHING AGAINST Randy but sorry we had to let you go
