I think T-Jack just needs to believe in himself, Bevel needs to call some plays that a High School level DC can't predict ten seconds before the snap and everyone else just needs to do their job. The last one is a lock, the first two remain to be seen...

I think Childress should have a copy of Madden 10 beside him, so he can use the ask madden feature.
