Favre will throw for about 500 yards and AP will run for another 300 on Capers' vanilla defense. Allen will abuse Colledge and Rodgers and gets 8 sacks. Edwards, the horrible mediocre DE, will most likely get past Barbre a time or 5.

The odds are stacked against us. Really, this is all that PP.O could muster up?....

That said, I'm scared. I really am. I hope that Rodgers will survive this week. Pressure will be the key for your defense, run stopping for ours. We'll see how it'll work out.

Correction I don't hate the 3-4, I think Dom Capers' 3-4 isn't anything special and with the personnel in GB it's pretty poor.


Dom Capers has never been a long term solution and he doesn't know how to adjust to different personnel.
He's lucky that GB has great DB's in Woodson and Harris, because his front 7 aren't doing much.

Also, he's lucky GB has an offense, because his D gave up 17 points to the Rams who only scored 7 pts in the previous 2 games and 31 to Cinny.

Sorry GB, but IMO your 3-4 experiment will fail.
I'm just hoping it takes 3+ years of being in the bottom half, before you give up on Capers.

If Jesus Christ, Moses, Nostradamus, Mary, Joseph, and in your case George Patton, in mine, Chesty Puller had all come down from on high and told you on the day that Brett cried and said he was hanging them up...

"In two years time Brett Favre will be wearing a purple jersey with pink cleats playing against the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football."

I am a fairly spiritual man, and I certainly wouldn't want to speak for a brother soldier, but I will tell you what I would tell them if a few of my Marine buddies were within earshot (smack thing-you understand ;D)
