This game will be decided by two machups:

Brad Johnson vs Joey Harrington-who makes less turnovers

Jason Taylor vs the o-line- If jason taylor plays anything like he has all year minus week one, the dolphins will dominate us, absolutely dominate us. Jason Taylor is playing at the top of his game and Brad will be a sitting duck.

i totally agree about the Brad Johnson vs Joey Harrington-who makes less turnovers thing
the way these to teams are playing is very similar good defenses (rushing at least) that dont give up much points but offense has to much turnovers and jsut doesnt seem to have everybody onthe same page for 1 game

We need to ... and for some reason I think will ... keep J-Taylor from dominating to win this game. The Dolphins feed off of a running attack that I think we can take away and force Harrington to try to beat us.
Harrington career vs. Vikes ... 135-235, 1,426 yards, 7 TDs and 13 INTs for a 62.12 Passer rating and a 0-6 record. Per game average is 23-39, 238 yds, 1 TD and 2 INTs and a 26-19 loss.
I would have loved a shot at whiney Culpepper ... but taking talentless Harrington to the shed will be just as nice.
    Vikes 17, Dolphins 10

I hate to agree with you, but because of our play as of late, I think you hit it on the head.

Right now, we seem like two teams headed in opposite directions, and we are going the wrong way....

I'll just pray something clicks for us this week and that our coach's and players can hit the field as ONE, and put on a show like we did in Seattle on the road....

    GO VIKES

we need 2 win this game..

our team is falling in a downward spiral i don't like!!!

it's gonna take though a combined effort.. Coaches, and players need to swallow the pride and go out and make things happen!!!

I am really bummed that Culpepper is not playing in this game, i was looking forward to this game since the meltdown during the offseason.
I sold my tickets to the game.
Damn, it would have been fun to see Culpepper get sacked and throw a bunch of INTS to get the Vikes back on track.

    Re: Vikings @ Dolphins

The key to this matchup will be the VIkings ability to run the ball. If the Vikes stick to the run for the whole game they might have a chance. If the Vikes get behind early and abandon the run the game is over. Quick snaps and running downhill will help stem the tide. Maybe run a no huddle in the beginning could help as well.
Phins D is playing well right now and we need to disguise some plays. 3and 4 wide to spread the Dand run the ball up the middle should help to keep our Offense on the field and keep Chambers, Welker, and McMichael off the field.
We are .500 on the road so we can win away from the Metrodump.
Let's hope that the Vikes staff has some of this in mind.

Time for the Vikings to put up or shut up...they lose this game and we can start talking about next year's draft!
