    Yeah, Cottrell is just about the only guy on the planet who WOULDN'T be an improvement over Childress.

    Linehan - currently 0-4 in St. Louis
    Tomlin - when Childress was hired, Tomlin was an obscure DB coach with Tampa Bay
    Cottrell - he was let go by the Vikings after his horrendous defensive season in 2005 and

    has never seriously been considered as a head-coaching candidate by anyone.
