    The newest Viking: Javon Walker...

As I sit at my desk at work, WAITING for this final NBA playoff game (Mavericks at Suns) to get done w/, a strange thought came to my mind: what if -since the Packers don't appear to be in a position to yield to Walker's financial demands -the Vikings give him an open invitation to sign with them? Would that be cool with you viking lovers? Think the vikings would have the kind of loot Walker's in search of? Would he be a nice fit for the Viking offense? A polished Randy Moss?
I wouldn't be suprise if the Pakers j-walk (allowing Walker to set sail), and the Vikings go after him...Sharper's already over there. It would make for an even greater rivalry. Sadly, of course, I'll have no other choice but to cheer for the Walker Vikings. (I can't see myself EVER hatin' this guy). Packers will just have to go 14-2, eh?

We don't need any more packers. And to call Walker a polished randy moss is like calling a toyota a polished lexus.

Yabut anything that would bring bono from the dark side, and into the light, would be worth it.

We don't have oodles of cap space to play around with anymore... we need to save money for signing free agents next season, etc. If the Vikes want to look at Walker, they willl have a set price. I don't forsee us going after him though. P.S. does anyone know the exact numbers on how much cap room we have left??? I know we're getting up there.

He may be a Packer but the man has got mad skillz. If he wanted to join the light side of da force im definately cool with that, but as akvikefan89 said "no mo money"...

Bono how can you call yourself a die hard fan or even a fan of the team when you say we can go 14-2??? You wont see too many or any viking fans we'll go 15-1 with a loss to the raiders when we play them now.

I know you like walker but thats ludicrous for any fan to say something like that. Every teams fan should be rooting for 16-0.

It would be nice for us to acquire walker but it wont happen. Packers would never let us have him in the first place.
