    He wrote this:

    As is this:

Just to combat that "never has anything good or positive to say" remark.

    Thats the stuff.
Don't let them guys pick on our sports writers my friend.
You and I both know they aren't hacks.

    ;D

For some strange reason, it appears that the majority of sports writers actually are hoping that the Vikings will become contenders again.
It's as frustrating to them that the same issues from last year are still not dealt with.

    I love the Vikings!

According to Packerfans it is ok to own the int record.
Thank you brett for throwing another game away with your stupid decisions to force a ball into tripple coverage.

I'm not sure I agree with all of the Souhan negativism.
I went back and forth quite a few times the last two years with him and have found him, yes, to be critical, but not anymore than some of us on PP.O.
He has a job to do, we might not like how he does it, but, I have found his observations to be close to many of ours, at least privately.
There are many of you who are thinking the same thing; my bet.

I'm not a Favre jock sniffer, however, like Sweetness and Barry Sanders, we must acknowledge star opponents from our hated rivals.
Believe me, when I played, I subscribed to the Dick Butkus theory, "why help up someone you worked so hard to knock down."
Souhan's article is not jock sniffing...we should be more worried that the better story for him is from our hated rival, not our beloved team.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent

There have been times the past three years when a lesser player would have and seemingly should have quit. And that was my recommendation.

The Packers were rebuilding and logic dictated that they groom a replacement, perhaps former first-round pick Aaron Rodgers, who should at least theoretically be the quarterback of the future.

This logic, though, violated an aphorism that should be inscribed in every Hat O' Cheddar: Don't rush the great ones out the door, because you might never see their kind again...
Another Minnesota sports writer giving the Packers love! When will it stop?

    Don't know the guy.
    Don't even care to.

However, nothing wrong with giving credit where credit is due . . . that's good sportmanship.

"No Greater Friend . . . No Worse Enemy. U.S. MARINES"
"FIND YOUR PASSION AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!"
"SUCCESS LOOKS EASY TO THOSE THAT WEREN'T THERE WHEN IT WAS BEING ACHIEVED!"
