Whats up? Its been quite a while since I posted here lol.

Looks like we have a 2-0 showdown this week to decide the early front-runners for the division.
Id like to say good luck cuz I think both teams are going to need it (this should be a very defensive game imo).
Im really worried about injuries (the Bears and Rex especially have bad luck in domes injury-wise).

btw who is going to be starting at DE now that Erasmus is out for the season?

I think Darrion Scott will start now that 'Rasmus is hurt.

And I agree, this will be a tough game for both teams. I see the Vikes coming out on top though. You have to admit, Grossman has had some "bad breaks" in the Dome.

I got the Bears winning something like 13-10.

and thats exactly why Im a little nervous for Rex, Ill be cringing every time he gets hit (and even when he doesnt, If I remember correctly, he tore his ACL two years ago without taking a hit, just his shoe got caught in the turf)

I think Rex is d@mn lucky 'Rasmus is out. He seems to like to hit the QB late from time to time, and he did put Ron Mexico on the sideline for a game last year.

None the less, I think this game will come down to D, the running games, and special teams.

I think this will be a tough game to call. Very low scoring & whoever makes the fewest mistakes will win.

John Madden:
"The team that turns the ball over the most will be in trouble"
Me: "Uhhhhh thanks John"
Madden: "If your, if.... your WR catches the ball in the end zone, thats 6 points right there"
Me: "Thanks again John"
Madden: "Boom! that guy there is in the bubble formation"

I'm definately excited for this game. The monsters of the midway meet the purple people eaters in an extraordinary defensive matchup. Instant classic.

This is the second year with a new Field Turf at the Metrodome.
I don't recall seeing anyone injur their knees on the new turf unless they've been hit.
