Griffin looks like hes going to be a solid CB. I was upset when we drafted him, but maybe it was a good pick.

Taylor is going to be in Brad Johnsons face ALL day, thats what scares me. We will stop Miami's run, but our D front 4 is suspect for a pass rush.
You that confident you are going to stop Ronnie?
You have a great run D, but Ronnie has been gashing some teams lately.
Only problem is that he hurt his groin vs. KC last week...

Running against us is not a good idea and Ronnie would not have a good day, if the Fins want to beat us that is not the way to do it.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

I think we will take the same approach that we did with Favre.

Coaches said that we sat back in a Zone waiting for him to throw INTs, that easy INT never happened.
I think we will try the same philosophy with Joey.

Make him beat us, stop the run.
Not much different than we have been doing.

Nasty, I like how Griff looks.
Excited about our D players from the draft.
    Blue, Griff and Greenway.

    BTW, welcome back.

Welcome back FinNasty - based on the last few games them I'm sure that we'll be able to handle Ronnie. As said before its the passing game that could be our undoing in terms of you scoring, however if you say that's a bad part of your game then life could be interesting on Sunday.
The way we have had problems scoring then we could be looking at another FG kicking match - like we did againgst the 49ers.

Looking forward to a good game - think it will be better for you with DC not starting
Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...

    Here is what I see....

The Dolphins D is playing pretty well right now, and with the way our offense has struggled we may be in big trouble when it comes to moving the ball. If we can run the ball down their throats then we'll have a chance, but if we have to pass against that D with Jason Taylor lined up against McKinnie, we're in trouble.

At the same rate, the strength of the Dolphins offense is the run game, and we have been great against the run all year. No way will Brown be able to run against us. That puts the responsiblity on Joey, and he's been playing OK lately. He will make one or two dumb decisions though and throw at least one INT.

I see a close game without a lot of scoring. Call it 17-13...no idea who comes out on top.

Ronnie is going to have a tough time, but if his groin is healthy, he will put a hurting on your D just with his physical style of running.
The Bears D didnt want to have anything to do with Ronnie by the 4 Qtr.
But Fat Pat is going to make it hard.

Ya, I think this is going to be a defensive match.
    Expect a low scoring game.

And I WISH we had Pepper right now starting for us instead of Joey...

You'll get the same thing with either quarterback. Joey will make some dumb throws and throw the game away in the first half, while Daunte will get you to the final quarter and then throw it away when the game is on the line. It just depends WHEN you want to lose.

Blue has been doing well when he has gotten playing time but he playing behind 2 vets that know their business so he hasn't gotten on the field all that much but he has laid down some smack when he has, he will be here a long time.

Both Blue and Griff are in the same boat.
Limited playing time for the most part, with special team duties.
Neither one of them stands out as "burnt toast."
Blue can lay the lumber and so can Griff, and that is what I like about them the most so far.
