I completely agree with this. We shot ourselves in the foot last week... or Chilly shot us in the foot by leaving McCauley on Moss all night (one of the dumbest moves I've EVER seen).

The success of a season never comes down to one single game, just like the outcome of a game is not 100% dependent on one single play.
If Washington loses and we win - why should that take away from what the Vikings are able to do this season.
In that scenario we will be 9-7 (including a 7-2 run at the end), make the playoffs, and won the game when it really mattered in the end (today).

It is never a gift.
It could have been easier obviously if we won last week.
But in the end if we get in, we do it on our own merit.

Romo shouldn't play more than a quarter. well i would not let him play with that little bit of a hurt thumb. too risky
