The Bears run defense was highly touted last year when AP went in there and gashed them for 224 yards and 3 tds.
They even let Tjack throw a bomb to Rice to set the tone.

BTW, we get Sydney back this week.
Berrian and Rice on the wings, Wade and Shinacoe(who is finally making an impact) in the slots, AP and CT in the backfield, who you gonna defend?
Bears are 27th against the pass.
I think Gus will toss for 300+.

Anyone know whats up with M Williams?
He was suppose to be back by week 4.
Were did you see that we are getting El Syd back.
Heck I even think BB is a question mark at this point.
Berrian is going to play, and Rice said he is ready to play, it just depends on chilly.
Lets hope the Chiller makes a better medical decision on him than he did on Tapeh.

    (Sarcasim alert.
Insert the words "Medical staff" for the word "Chiller" my friends to get what I really meant to say)

    ;D

Seriously though, don't you think that the determination of El Syds health/ability to play is more along the lines of being cleared by the medical staff and not on the Chiller?

The way I understand it, they say he is cleared to play, he practices (or gives it a try at gametime) and the call is made.
Again, not only the Chiller IMHO.
This one I have to BLAME the Chiller for.
Sydney Rice said in an interview I read that it was the Chiller's decision to hold him out.
Rice handled it well and politically correct but that is what he said.
    Damn it Chilly!!!!!!!!!!

    gol 'darnit it Chilly!!!!!!!!!!
Did he say why he held him out?

My guess is that he wasn't 100% and couldn't get separation.
If that is so, then it tracks with what I've been saying about our WR's (at least the first couple of games) that they were digned and not getting off the line cleanly.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

    I agree Marr.
I was really only going off the deep end with this.
I am sure there is a reason why he held Rice out but from my understanding it was his decision.
I don't think it was a bad thing unless Rice was really 100%.
