Re: Zygi Wilf On The Vikings, A Stadium And More
Seems pretty clear-cut to me."2011 all of a sudden isn't that far away and that's when the lease is up obviously," Max said. "Now I know you've said that this team stays here no matter what if you own it. What if the league came to you and said, 'Zygi, we don't think that's a good place to be if they're not doing it.'"
"We're not going to go think about what the league's going to tell us," Wilf said. "I've always committed, the family, my family has always committed to be here. This is our home."
Hopefully, that will end any more press speculation about an impending move to LA.

as long as he stays true to his word, he is one damn good owner

Re: Zygi Wilf On The Vikings, A Stadium And More
I hope that what he said is true, but what if he just sells the team to a group from L.A and then he never moved the team.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

With a solid defense and crushing run attack, we are looking like a team that needs an outdoor stadium. We will make people forget Lameblow stadium exists.

well i'm glad he's stating his ideals. but he's a NY business man.. something has to get done that will show him MN wants him to stay.
i can the state shooting itself in the foot long before Wilf packs up and leaves.

I love his attitude, just hope he finally gets the support from the State to help get things sorted.
You can't doubt his enthusiasm for the team and the game - here's hoping he gets the team to that long awaited SBTime spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...
