Yah I agree.. I hope we can win these 2.. I hope Vick stays out until after our game.. But his injury isn't bad so that won't happen..

I think we are on to something..

Wilf offers Tice whatever he needs

New Vikings owner Zygi Wilf, during a meeting with Mike Tice, told his coach that if there's anything he needs to help the team after its disappointing 0-2 start, he'll provide it for him.

Look for Tice to request an offensive coaching consultant.

We have been talking about this all week. Good job fellow GM's.
One cold January morning I will wake up and be able to say holy sh** they actually won!

That's making the assumption that Tice has the ability to know what he needs to turn the team around. If you don't have the necessary skill set in place it's tough to perform.

Hire a construction worker to teach advanced calculus and give him a team of mathematicians to help out, there's a point where there is no need for the construction worker.

Yes the help we need is going to come from the outside the organization:

First we need a GM (Dwight Clark) man he sure ran the 49ers well we they won a few championships.

    Coach:

Will Kirk Ferentz take the job? Or what is Holmgren becomes available at the end of the year?
