Re: Zygi Wilf plans to be more hands-on next year
So here we go, Wilf moves in.
I don't much is actually going to change, but it has the posibility to go really well if Childress finds someone to ramble with in a constructive way, or to go really bad if Wilf starts making crazy fanlike moves, or makes Chilldress uncertain about acting his job.
What I do like is that he seems to be hounest about his feelings about the past season. And that he wants to give playmakers to the team for the future.
Also he when evaluating the season he focuses on the Foley controversey and the hireing of Spielman, who is only now going to evaluates his staff in the propersonel department. I think this is something that has been kind of forgotten by fans here later on in the season. It is also dificult to know what actually has been going on at Winter Park, because we evaluate on loose comments in the media that might not paint a complete picture.
Thanks to PPE for the sig.

Anyways I were never head over heals about what Spielman could bring to the table as he were brought in to replace Foley. But I'll still give him the benefit of the doubt, and looks forward to watch how he handles himself here in the freeagency and draft.
Thanks to PPE for the sig.

Idon't know about the rest of you, but the thought of Wilf having a say in the draft makes my stomache cringe.
Especially with his limited football knowledge.
Just how far & deep are his hands going to go in the day to day football operations?
