Re: ZYGI, Finaly has his say on the Love Boat issue....
Zygi said what he had to say because he is trying to get a new stadium. The real test will be if any of the allegations are proven how he falls through on his word to hand down the punishment to those involved and just how severe the punishment is.

Thank you, Mr Wilf. Classy.

Personally, I don't think there is intelligent life on other planets. Why should other planets be any different from this one?

Tice was too much of a "player's" coach, which might work in certain circumstances, but, ( uh, huh huh, huh huh..... I said but ) in this situation with the guys on our team, apparently familiarity breeds contempt. Certain players must have felt they could do whatever they wanted and get away with it. I've never really had a problem with Tice up until now. However, it seems that being Mr. Nice Guy has backfired on him. It will be interesting to see if he can change. I hope so. A mad Mike Tice would be an impressive thing. The guy's a gorilla. Would be fun to see him kick some butts and straighten out some 'tudes.

As far as Zygi's comments....I say hell yeah!!!! I hope Zygi barrated all of them and suspends the crap out of anyone who even so much as has their shoe laces untied for the rest of the season. I don't know about you guys, but I will NOT have my team be the laughing stock of the league! Build some character in these guys Zygi, either that or ship 'em the hell out.

Wilf should have Tice cut a player or demote them so they know he means business.

He was a offensive specialist under the old head coach and he was asked is it hard switching roles for you and the players. Because when you are a cordinator you are the guy that picks up the pieces after the HC reams them, you do most of the coaching. In fact the players actually often times respect the cords more then the HC and befriend them somewhat.
So the cord becomes HC......now it's odd because the players feel they have an in, but the coach must maintain some sort of firmness and draw a line in the sand now.
I just found that to be an honest assesment that isn't focused on much.

Re: ZYGI, Finaly has his say on the Love Boat issue....
I hope Zygi lives up to his word. I'm tired of having players who are continually being busted for something illegal. How hard is it to stay out of trouble and play a game that you get paid allot of money for. If Joe Smoe did half of what players get away with in the NFL they would be fired and serving jail time. Its time for our team to step up and be first class. Go Zygi.
One cold January morning I will wake up and be able to say holy sh** they actually won!

ESPN was saying that with Wilf as our owner plus this recent boat party, that the Vikings will probably pass up some players in years to come based on they're attitude, on and off the field, and that though they may pass up on some good players doing so, it will be a solid, respected franchise. Go Wilf.
