You're Brad Childress...what's your fix?

You are now Brad Childress.
The just got stomped by the Pats.
Although you are still a good team; what changes would you make?
I would like to see some well thought out responses and not "bench brads dum butt, he #@%$^% blows".

Well, 1st tell tomlin to knock off the rush 4 zone crap.
Then wait til the offseason so we can drop the dreadful WCO.
As of right now though, we are in it for the long haul.

Draw only works good with an effective passing game.
Nobody would ever buy it when they can cover our WR's with 1 guy and a ref.

Well our passing offense can work if u change it around a little.Too much emphasis has been put on the west coast offense i rarely see our wr run route deeper than 15 yards.I saw run some deeper cross routes or a wr screen with t will OPEN IT UP!

Although our defense was bad against the pass tonight, I still think were a very good defensive team, and we should get better as the season goes along.

Our poor offense continues to put our defense in bad situations and that's part of the reason we gave up so many points tonight.

We have to produce a strong running game, or our offense will continue to struggle for the rest of the season. The Patriots stopped our run attack tonight, and Brad Johnson was forced to make plays against a 3-4 defense that our offense hasn't seen all season.

For starters I would... Uhhhhh IDK!

We have to spread the D out somehow.. They get too much pressure and blitz us hardcore.. We have no passing attack so they keep a bunch of people in the box and destroy our run game.. And eventually kills our pass game cuz of the pressure..

I'm thinkin we need to get T-jack a couple reps.. We got some easy games coming up.. We need a more mobile QB IMO.. Keep the D honest

On D... We definitley need to get ride of this zone stuff or whatever we ran tonight.. Brady is pickin us apart.. There always seems to be an open guy.. Alot of it has to do with the line getting NO pressure.. We need to play more agressive some how..

Jeez IDK what im talking about.. ha

If I were Childress first thing id do is fire myself.
Just kidding haha

Id send in all the blown ref calls. Those refs shouldnt be allowed to work again.

Id tell BJ the job is still yours, but use your head.

Id let the off courdinator do the play calling
