Wrong place, but I tried

Mike Tice was handed three envelopes by Dennis Green when he took over the Head Coaching job of the Minnesota Vikings. During the exchange, Green told Tice, "When you get into a pickle with the Media or the Owner, and can't get out of it any other way, open an envelope and do exactly what it says. Make sure you keep them in order."

Tice thanked Green and went on his way.

After a fairly difficult season - the press and the Owner were breathing down Tice's neck. Seeing no way out, Mike broke the seal on the first envelope. Inside was a letter with the message, "Blame ME" on it.

So, Tice blamed Dennis Green. He pointed out the shape of the team he took over and how much rebuilding there was to do. The Media and Owner backed off, and another season rolled in.

The next season wasn't much better. Again the Press and the Owner were breathing down Tice's neck. Running out of options, he broke opne the second envelope to reveal the message, "Blame Injuries".

Tice called a press conference and pointed out the number of injuries the Vikes has sustained, and how no one could be expected to win with so much talent sidelined. Again, the Press and the Owner backed off, and Tice got ready for the next season.

Next season, again, wasn't what he'd hoped. Again the Media-Nazi's and the Owner were all over Tice. Feeling the heat, Tice grabbed the 3rd envelope and broke it open. Inside was a longer letter.

It started, "Prepare three envelopes...."

What does "oh snap" mean?? I hear that from my first grade students all the time and they have no clue what it means either, they just say it!! I must be getting old and not knowing what the "cool" words and sayings are!!
