Thread: Would You Trade Moss for...

John Abraham and a 1st round pick? There are people on the Jets boards talking about this today. I'm thinking that even if the Vikes tryly want to trade Moss, they could get more for him than that.

No i wouldnt, Abraham is i believe 30 or in his 30's, am i right? That first round pick is unlikly to replace moss and john is gettting older. I dont believe we will trade moss unless the offer is rediculous. I know i wouldn't.

Trade Moss, never! Look, we have guys we can trade (Bennett) and hopefully we draft a decent player, and then there is free agency if we are willing to spend the $$$.

A trade now would hurt the pocketbook.

Besides just because the best wide reciever in the NFL leaves the field a few seconds early in frustration doesn't mean we are going to ship hiom out.

Why would you even CONSIDER trading the best and most dangerous player in the league? That makes no sense to me. Things get bad and it's a firesale? Forget it. I agree with ultravikingfan. Try to get something for Bennett. Take your draft pick. When the right plays are called, our offense is one of the most explosive in the league. I wouldn't mess with it at all.

John Abraham is decent and isn't even worth a first round pick himself. I wouldn't trade Moss for anything less than 3 first round picks or equivalent value.

Why Not? He is getting older, and he will start to slow down. If the offer is blow away, then why not take a look at it.

Look at our record over the last 3 years with him! The only 2 players on this team that I think are untouchable, are Cpep & Kwill.
