Thread: Would you take a QB if you were GM for a day?

You get to be GM for a day.
Your phone rings.
The Chiefs are on the other line and they are asking if you have any interested in Trent Green.

Do you tell them yes or no?

What would you give up for him?

Trents going to Miami.

If you were a smart GM you'd listen to everyone that offers a player to you that are better than the worst player on your squad in that position.

Then you evaluate what they are asking for the player against how much you would need said player.

What the Chiefs would be asking, I probably wouldn't pay if I were a Vikings GM

There you go...what would you give up....remember...the Chiefs contacted you and you get to pick your end of the deal.

This is just meant to see what we arm chair QB's would give up for a "veteran" qb, if anything.

As we stand now, yes.


I would give them bare minimum because as this point they have to get something for him rather than nothing.
