I am just remembering a player I thought really had potential that wasn't really ever given the chance.

Fair point indeed. However, I listed him about number 9, given all of the shitty LBs I listed...with the worst player, WR Mardye McDole, topping my list.

That said, your list is quite impressive, ending with one of the all-time Viking idiots, Buster Rhymes...when hit with a snowball at Oklahoma, Rhymes ran to his room and came back outside with his Uzi...firing it in the air (can you say RED FLAG???). In 2004, he was busted for Carjacking and posession of crack cocaine.

Gotcha on the first bit. I was 13 and a cognizant fan of the Vikings in '81, but I don't remember Mardye. Which should say something, LOL!
