    Thanks Marr.

I'm happy that we keep Woods, I have faith in him.

Chilly gave permission for two coaches to do interviews, with one of them being not optional. That were Fraizer interviewing for a HC gig in Miami. That means this was a pretty safe bet it were a job as DB coach that Woods interviewed for.

As the article says, it's his old buddys from the Tampa days that are in charge at the Lions. I think it's a nice gesture by Chilly to allow his staff to seek other opportunities, and get experience at interviewing. But he must have been pretty confident that Woods would stay put, as this is a division rival we're talking about.
Or he didn't care if he left.

I have had about enough of the DC leaving.
How can you get any consistency with the coach leaving after 1 season.
Leslie should be back next year.

Or he suspected that Woods was anticipating a call from Tomlin.
Lets see what happens if that comes about.
Bet he will still get permission.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg
