Winfield should of made the Pro Bowl

Actually Shepard is not the one that should not be there. Bly is the one who should not. Bly had 4 picks 32 whole tackles and 6 whopping assists.
Winfield had 3 picks 70 tackles with 15 assists and 2 forced fumbles. So that pretty much proves its not the numbers that get you in.

He should be as well as jermaine wiggins. Very good tight end for us who had a grand year.

Too bad either one of them made it, woulndt mind seeing an extra viking in the pro bowl esp since im going to the game as well. :cheers:

People seem to think Bly is so great because he played well last season, even though the rest of his career he has been an average corner.

Winfield is definately top 5 corner material. Bly cant cover worth a lick, AW is wayyyy better than him. He's our defensive leader. He steps up and makes the play's when he needs to, he has had no dumb pass interferance calls. He knows how to cover, a good vet that we really need on our defense. He is the reason why our defense is holding together.

You're right...Winfield should've made the Pro Bowl...but the politics of the NFL made it next to impossible for him because of the Vikings record and the defensive ranking...but next year should be a different story...if we can put together a decent defense...which I think is totally possible.

I still dont see how Bly could of made the pro bowl when he isnt even on AW's level plus the Lions and the Lions defense sucks. Hmm, sounds like a problem to me.

A lot of undeserving players on the Iggles rode on the coattails of the good members of the team and took spots away from people who earned them.
