For Minnesota Vikings receiver Troy Williamson, 2006 was a forgettable year...
This year Troy will catch 9 of those 11 dropped balls. WR's break-out in the third year of
a career, and Troy is going to be big for us this year. We have the makings of a good group of young talented recievers, and I bet they will be a strength on this team, not a weakness.
The next level?
I guess that wouldn't be a tough accomplishment.
I was very impressed with him against the Rams. Let's not forget, he's faster than hell.
Works for me!!!
;D

Actually, I was pretty impressed with him against the Rams too. Granted, almost all of the passes to him were quick passes where he didn't have time to think or adjust.
Last year he did a good job catching those too.
It is the deep ball that he has to think about that he seems to have trouble with.
Let's hope for the best...

He did catch the ball, which is a big improvement, but it looked to me that he was catching them with his body and not his hands.Quote:

The article says that he was number 2 in dropped passes, who was number 1? T.O.?

It seems as though its not his hands as much as it is his ability to locate the long ball and judge it correctly.
Hopefully a fair number of those 100,000 balls he caught in the offseason were of that variety.

He also led the league in TD receptions.
As far as TWill goes, I will temper my expectations after being tormented last year. I drafted him in all 3 of my FF leagues
