As some of the members have poster here in the past, his eyes look closed on some of the deep balls that he dropped.

Whatever the case, lets hope they found a way for this guy to catch more consistently...we need some receivers to step up this year.

Nike does make contacts that are supposed to help in seeing the ball better.
I know people that where them when golfing and swear by them.
Although I can't say there game got any better.. ???
Hell, at this point I bet the coaching staff is willing to try anything.
At the very least it can't hurt.
And if it gives him some confidence back, then I am all for it.
Let these new lenses be his magic feather (sorry, kids watched Dumbo last night... again...)

The problem is not with his eyes it is with his concentration, he doesn't watch the ball into his hands he looks at where he thinks the ball is going to hit him hands or chest and that doesn't work.

    Away to fix this problem!

Every time Troy takes his eye off the ball Kevin Williams get to punch him in the face!

I guarantee that he doesn't take his eye off the ball more than twice.

    T-WILL BOTTLED WATER

Our water is bottled high in the mountains of Minnesota. The fresh snow run off is ice cold.....then it runs into the high altitude lakes that are refreshingly clear......then the water is released in a magnificant flow of sparkling goodness into our filtration plant where Earl runs it through a screening system that gets the chunks out.

After that the fresh sparkling mountain pure minnesota water is directed to sinks across our great state. Our water however comes from one sink in particular....Troy Williamsons? No, Chang Bunglamang, he turns on his tap that is colored blue with the determination to fill as many bottles of TWILL as possible. Then he takes the mountainy freshy watery to a cardboard box and it ends up to you our consumer.

TWILL water try it today......If Minnesota can pay Millions for a WR who cannot catch, then you can pay $1.34 for water that doesn't taste.

well they are probably doing something similar to what they did with jake reed. and that worked. but like you guys have said, they found something wrong with jake.
what bothers me is shouldnt this have been addressed around the time you draft him.
not to mention that they practice virtually all year long.
they didnt notice a problem until going into year 3.

Maybe the NEW WR coach saw something.
    :

Again, I think you will see a marked improvement in WR play from what I can gather on this guy.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

The new WR coach has the least stressful job on the team.
