The Vikings have agreed in principle on a deal that would send receiver Troy Williamson to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a second-day pick, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

Yeah Tice is still there, maybe T-Will just needed some more Tice influence to get his A game.

If we get anything more than a 6th round pick I'm going to be ecstatic. Hopefully Troy can get his act together and become a good player though.

Also, from PFT:

In Jacksonville, Williams should feel right at home.
None of the team's other receivers can catch, either.

Don't forget everyone, we face Jacksonville in an away game this year.
So lets hope Williamson doesn't do too well and hold a grudge against us lol.

So do I because the headline on the article says "Expected to..." while the headline here reads that he is.

Finally. We all wanted to cut him so now we don't take a cap hit and get a pick. This is a win-win and ultimately proves that Mike Tice is an idiot.

Williamson has already been replaced by a 6th round pick...Allison.
Just as fast...but with better hands.

Too bad that the Vikes couldn't have gotten Matt Jones in exchange though.
