I'll say it again.
This isn't some used car salesman out of Texas.
Wilf made his fortune while dealing with the politics in Jersey.
He knows how to handle the Minnesota lawmakers.

Only in America can you spend thousands to get millions. It is quite the scam they are running. Politics are so completely corrupted to it's very core.

Its very obvious that Wilf is only trying to be the philanthropist that he is..sharing his wealth with the government at all.
I'm sure there are absolutley no personal vendettas here.
