Sure it does. If you ever go to a Vikings game in Minnesota, you will not only be spending money at the srtadium & on tix, but at other places around the state.

For example; Restaurants, hotels, stores, gas stations, MOA, parking etc.

what does that have to do wih the new stadium

You can still tell them you from out of state & support the stadium. That you go to Minnesota to watch Vikings games, thereby bringing revenue into the state by the spending you do while you are there.
