Wilf is on Kfan talking about the new stadium deal that has been done.
He is putting 280 milion to the stadium and over a billion dollars to the blaine area for other related development in blaine.
Over a billion dollars? What all is he building out there besides a stadium?

yea i heard he wanted to build like a community or business center there or something.
Prophet that is how the free market works, you take a chnace and develope an area and if it goes right you make money.
With development people get jobs and they pay taxes! The state recoups the cost they put into the stadium and infrastructure, and we get a new stadium.

I am really excited about the new stadium. Is there anyone that likes the dome? I have hated that place since the day it was built.
