Thread: Wide Recievers???

I was reading today on the viking scout site and was reading that the vikings are working out 3 wide recievers as they have an open vacancy, i was jsut thinking that dont we have enough wide recievers right now and wouldnt it be better to workout some guys in defensive side of the ball or the offensive line...

i havent heard a word about pinkston and if twill isnt 100%, you would think they would play him to help with stretching the field

Might be looking for a return man as T-will shouldn't be doing it, especially if his shoulder is dinged.

I think they should activate Jason Cater to return kickoffs

Pinkston was cut before the Washington game.

Maurice Mann, a pickup from the Seattle practice squad, is the Vikings #5 WR right now.

I haven't heard anything about them working out any wide receivers and as far as I know they have no vacancies at wide receiver.

I don't know. I only search about topics I care about. I don't care about Todd pinkston lol, so if ever a time comes when I need to know about him I just ask and figure someone can tell me.

Why isn't Mann returning kicks?
I thought that was the main reason for picking up another WR.
And who the hell knows why they didn't promote Carter from the practice squad instead of signing Mann.
I guess at this point I'll just put my trust into the staff that they know what they are doing.

vikings scout.com is where i read that they were working out the 3 wide recievers..still dont understand it but the staff knows what they are doing
